Farmstead Market & More Seasonal Market Application Step 1 of 3 33% Application form for a space in our 2024 Outdoor Market. This year we are closing Mainstreet in kitscoty. We will also have our green space open at the store!! Spaces are $20.00 per Market, Youth under 16 receive a discounted rate and non profits are free of charge. The market fee helps us to cover advertising costs and the live entertainment etc. Any monies that are left over at the end of the season are donated to the community groups that helped out over the summer. Space are roughly 10x10. So if bringing a tent please be sure it is not larger then the 10x10. Also please be sure you are weighing the tent down in case of wind. Recommended 30lbs on each corner. Markets will be held every 2nd Tuesday From Mid May- Mid September 5-8 pm on Main street . Seasonally and Weather dependant. Proceeded Food Vendors MUST have an Alberta Food Permit and be made in an approved Kitchen Vendors MUST supply all their own Tents, Tables, Chairs etc! Spaces must be paid in advance. An Invoice will be sent to you with your acceptance email. Cancelation up to 7 days ahead is full refund, 7 day-72 hours before is 50% refund and after 72hours no refund. *This is an application Only *** Not all Applications will be approved. Approved Applications will receive a email with confirmation and market rules. We are a small Town Market so to keep fees lower please help us advertise and share on all social media!
